I am also the President of The Neuse River Writers, an exceptional group of writers, filmmakers and creative types that are all about bringing together those who write or want to write and be published. The group offers an enviroment of encouragement, support and learning. The Red Shoe Nation is a proud sponsor of the Special Olympics. All the profits from my new children’s book Ignis, The Mighty Dragon!, will be donated to the Special Olympics, in memory of my beautiful daughter, Brianna, and in honor of Brianna’s son, Daniel, who is non-verbal autistic and a Gold Medal winner in swimming in the 2024 Summer Special Olympics!
